Website:

I have been meaning to put together my own website for quite a while now, without ever really getting around to doing it. I finally have! So please check out, https://pgapreviews.com/ and I would appreciate any feedback anyone has to offer. I have sent out next year’s schedule to all current subscribers, with 2021 set to feature 35 events, each previewed in detail accompanied by suggested best bets. The first 30 are known, the remaining 5 will be when the 2021-22 PGA schedule is published. I had considered increasing the charge for next year, but with the world situation as it is, I feel that would be unjust. It will therefore remain at €100, working out as less than €3 per event. I do hope that readers have enjoyed this year’s output, and hopefully made a few pounds to boot. I have notified Paul Jones that I will be finishing up with him at the end of this term, a move made to ensure my own subscribers can avail of the recommended prices, and protect the appeal of the product.

About Me ~ Read about why I have embarked on this journey

I began writing previews of PGA Tour events in January of 2017, for the purpose of providing the golf content for Paul Jones website (pauljoneshorseracing.com). 2017 – 2019 has seen 3 successful seasons, and 2020 is going very nicely also. I endeavour to give golf betting enthusiasts (who may or may not have the time to study tournaments in depth themselves) an insight into how an event may unfold. From course layout to course form, expected winning score to likely weather, and crucially what players I deem to be a bigger price than they should be, an in depth preview will hopefully leave you all the more knowledgeable about the 72 holes ahead. And hopefully a few pound richer also!

Golf betting can be more volatile than most other sports betting, and many ‘tipsters’ can go a long time between drinks. As opposed to most others out there, I spend a lot of my time scouring for value in the Alternative Markets each week. From First Round Leader to Top 20 Finishes, and Top Nationalities it is much more than just the Outright Markets which I will cover. Touch wood, this has seen a more consistent return on investment than others will offer. Well on the way to a 4th consecutive profitable year, a rarity in this field, I feel that is testament to the hard work put in each and every week.

Nominating Matt Southgate at 45/1 for Top English Player in the 2017 Open Championship, and Jordan Smith in the same sub section for that year’s US PGA at 22/1, are two of my personal favourites. Most recently Cameron Smith obliged for subscribers at 5/1 in the Top Australian section at the BMW Championship. Outright success has been plentiful also, with 2020 providing Patrick Reed at 40/1 in the WGC Mexico, Dustin Johnson at 28/1 in the Travelers Championship and most recently Xander Schauffelle landing the Top 72 hole score in the Tour Championship. The reasoning for all of these recommendations can be viewed in Sample Copies – Archives in the left hand panel.

With an average of 3000 words to each preview, in an easy to read format, plenty of work goes into providing subscribers with the best information possible to aid them in their quest to beat the golfing markets. My 2021 Schedule will be announced shortly, with an expected 35 events in total. At a cost of just €100 for the year, this equates to less than €3 per event. With profits currently running at 406pts since beginning (as per 16/09/20) that would equate to over €10,000 profit if betting to just €25 per point. Join me Now to avail of the rest of 2020 for Free, ahead of the full 2021 schedule.

Always conscious that a successful service will suffer from over subscription, I intend on ending my time with Paul Jones at the end of this year. This is to enable me to take on some extra subscribers, whilst still remaining confident that everyone will be able to get on at advised prices.
